Self-Management or about surviving the daily Office Routine

Self-management is frequently an issue during training and workshops, and of course there are many tips and tricks for self-motivation and self-organisation, starting with clever filing systems via the proper handling of to-do lists to the disposal of junk e-mails. However, it is also a fact that we still have to control many other things on our way from the coffee machine to the copier in order to get smoothly through the “office jungle.”

One example might be criticism among colleagues: how do I manage conflict, how do I criticize target-oriented and which rules should I bear in mind for a successful conflict resolution? The same applies to the communication between principal and employee: which circumstances require plain language, how much praise may I expect and when is an honest feedback indispensable?

Nicole Schlegel and her team help in designing the „office as living space” as well as with self-organisation, communication, teamwork, creativity and productivity required in professional life.
