Nicole Schlegel

Team Leader

Nicole Schlegel: Management Trainer and Transformation Architect

Having started as a communication coach and trainer in 1993, I am now active as a Transformation Expert with 20 years of practical experience, primarily in integrated organisational development. In my opinion, learning and the developing of organisations, structures, processes and, of course, the people involved, are a coherent whole.

One of my focuses is on designing career and learning pathways as well as hybrid programmes for target groups at leadership and management level. Above all, I am in charge of managing transformation projects and processes within organisations. In this context, I initiate strategy building and implementation mechanisms to make businesses, authorities and associations fit for the future and to systematically train their responsible target groups. Future issues and questions can be addressed only in a cooperative and thus responsible manner. This requires people to change their understanding of management and leadership roles as well as to develop new skills.

My service offerings also comprise the initiation and implementation of modern formats of leadership and cooperation as well as the sustainable anchoring for culture shaping and culture development. It is important to me that my formats always develop into experiential structures and optimal learning settings for the respective target groups. On this basis, mindset transitions and real changes are feasible as prerequisites for advancement and progress.

Heike Karuschkat

Team Partner

Heike Karuschkat: Communication Expert

Which channels and forms of communication are appropriate at what time? How do I formulate a confidential communication, a public speech, a PR article, the employee manual or even intranet content? Heike, a specialist in German studies, shows how it is done and will certainly find the right words.

Together with Nicole, Heike successfully developed amongst others a sales communication to be used in complaint management. Likewise, she worked side by side with Nicole as to the crisis communication.

Frauke Rieseberg

Team Partner

Frauke Rieseberg: Marketing Specialist

Which marketing measure at what time? How do I realise both internally and externally a consistent and living corporate identity? How does an appropriate corporate design look like? These are the subjects, graphic designer Frauke has theoretically and practically dealt with in an intensive way since many years.

In cooperating with Nicole it is amongst others her part to visualise complex contexts and processes in an illustrative and clear way in order to prepare, for example, effective and sustainable training materials.
