Having started as a communication coach and trainer in 1993, I am now active as a Transformation Expert with 20 years of practical experience, primarily in integrated organisational development. In my opinion, learning and the developing of organisations, structures, processes and, of course, the people involved, are a coherent whole. One of my focuses is on designing career and learning pathways as well as hybrid programmes for target groups at leadership and management level. Above all, I am in charge of managing transformation projects and processes within organisations. In this context, I initiate strategy building and implementation mechanisms to make businesses, authorities and associations fit for the future and to systematically train their responsible target groups. Future issues and questions can be addressed only in a cooperative and thus responsible manner. This requires people to change their understanding of management and leadership roles as well as to develop new skills. My service offerings also comprise the initiation and implementation of modern formats of leadership and cooperation as well as the sustainable anchoring for culture shaping and culture development. It is important to me that my formats always develop into experiential structures and optimal learning settings for the respective target groups.
