Product information

Thanks to modern HR development, well-trained staff is a keystone of personnel quality and can therefore contribute to corporate growth achieved by target group-specific internal development and support programmes. We have specialised in the conception, implementation and monitoring of HR development measures and programmes.

Strategic HR development provides answers to the demographic dilemma, the change of generation as well as the requirements set on interdisciplinary and intercultural cooperation in order to secure the “employee” resource for the existence and future of companies.

Employee efficiency can be considerably increased by means of analysis and competence profiling, because profiles indicate, where a certain employee needs the most support. Competence management defines the criteria for the development of existing employee resources, and it also ensures a targeted optimisation of skills and potentials as well as necessary changes.

We support the development of managers and executives with targeted coaching, and in order to later apply the newly learnt strategies for improving work processes in the operational reality, we also accompany so-called after training transition. As a result, transfer processes of the undertaken HR development measures are being reflected, because realisation and implementation competences often need a stronger integration into operational reality.

Our strategies, coaching, training and workshops on HR development and qualification of personnel are oriented towards four competence spheres: social, personal and strategic competence as well as methodical competence.
