Companies and organisations wishing to develop and to profitably shape changes have to begin with the analysis of internal processes. They can best achieve this by a structured and target-oriented approach in cooperation with experts for corporate development.

By finding and building new strategies, we are able to detach strategy implementation from planning. That way, all energies and powers will be released for the idea of a common future. In this respect we support managers and specialists by offering comprehensive systems and technology. In order to optimise previous approaches and to enhance the efficiency of internal processes it is of importance to make the currently used strategies transparent to the employees. We provide managers and executives with corresponding concepts in order to enable them to revise their internal strategies.

We have done pioneering work in the field Employee Brand Management: in a first step, the specific brand value of the respective company is analysed. The results of this analysis will then be jointly interpreted with all those involved. During subsequent training courses employees learn to integrate brand-compliant acting into their daily business. The end result would likely be that the former employees become brand ambassadors who live and represent the market values.

Control of conflicts and settlement of conflicts: we provide our clients with tools aiming at recognising and controlling conflicts among employees. Furthermore, we show you special methods for de-escalating, mediating and conflict resolution orientated action.

Process management for multi projects: companies usually manage several projects at the same time. How do you manage to keep everything under control, for example important deadlines? We pass on strategies to our clients, which help to maintain a clear overview of ongoing projects and yet to work as efficiently as possible.

We train and support our clients in order to enable them to develop overall concepts and to form and shape their corporate culture. For this purpose, we provide them with tools and strategies intended to increase the effectiveness of a living culture.
